1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IFXTrades, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. The platform may not be available in all jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to confirm compliance with local laws.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately.

4. Subscription and Licensing

Algorithm licenses grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use strategy parameters for personal trading. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of IFXTrades Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes a breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFXTrades shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the platform or its content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
